WARRANTY
Fender Instrument Limited Lifetime Warranty program warrants the instrument to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as it is owned by the original retail purchaser, except that pickups, switches, jacks, controls, all other electronic components, tuning machines, hardware, pickguards, plated surfaces, gig bags, cases and case hardware are warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.
Kraft Music is an AUTHORIZED Fender dealer, and ALL items are brand NEW In-The-Box, and come with FULL factory warranty (Items are NOT B-Stock, Refurbished, or Used).

When you purchase an item from Kraft Music, you're covered by our exclusive 20/20 Satisfaction Guarantee. If an item arrives to you with a factory defect that is abnormal and can be corrected, report that defect within 20 days of your purchase date and Kraft Music will arrange to replace it at no cost to you...we cover both return shipping and replacement shipping costs!
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items within 20 days of the sale date for a refund of the purchase price (shipping costs are not refundable, including actual shipping costs that are part of a Free Shipping promotion). The item must be in factory-new condition complete with all of the original packaging, manuals and other provided accessories.
For any items that are received defective or damaged, Kraft Music will replace the product at no charge to you. Should you decide at this time that you would prefer a refund, this will be considered a satisfaction guarantee and you will be responsible for all shipping costs, both the cost we incurred to ship to you and your return shipping to us.
This return period is not valid for opened computer software, videos, manuals, books, AC adaptors, cassette recorders, opened electronic percussion pads, used items, special order items, wind controllers, headphones, or any other item that is "health" related. A Return Authorization must be obtained from a Kraft Music Team Member before returning the item.

Kraft Music will accept payment via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. We cannot accept credit card or PayPal payments from outside the USA. We understand that you may be shipping to a US address, but the payment must come come from a US issued and verified PayPal account or credit card with an account linked to a bank within the US.

FREE UPS Ground Shipping in the continental United States is included
with this offer, and the items will usually ship within 1-2 business
days (once payment has been verified). Transit times vary (depending upon
your location), and you should receive shipment within 2-5 business
days. Kraft Music cannot process or ship orders outside the
United States.
Need to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or an APO?
Because of the added costs to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO addresses, shipping to these destinations do NOT qualify for our FREE SHIPPING promotion. Kraft Music will cover the costs of shipping to the destinations nearest coast, and the customer will be responsible for the remainder.
