Most items we sell have a 7 day return policy. On some occasions we are unable to honor this policy. These Items will be clearly marked and are usually software related. It is the customers responsibility to pay for the return shipment for any item that was originally shipped for free. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
Defective products may be exchanged or returned; however, we must be advised of any defect upon receipt of the item.
