Price Just Lowered! Fender Custom Shop 1956 Stratocaster CLOSET CLASSIC in EXCELLENT CONDITION (serial# R19370). Transparent VINTAGE BLOND finish on highly-figured Ash body (see pics). This guitar is very lightweight at 7lbs 11 oz. Features include: Lightweight Ash body, 10/56 soft V-shaped maple neck with maple board, vintage tuners, 7 1/4" radius, vintage frets, '56 Fender pickups, single-ply pickguard, 5-way switch installed, vintage trem, round string tree, and lightly aged CC finish and hardware. This guitar has the "Closet Classic" finish.....you get the look and feel of a vintage '56 Strat without all the body wear and rusted hardware. This one looks great with lots of checking, aged logo, and lightly-aged hardware. This guitar is in Excellent condition and was barely played in my non-smoking home (never been gigged). The frets are like new. This one has excellent balanced tone, acoustic ring, and string-to-string clarity. It also has low action and plays fast. It is set up with a fresh set of D'Addario 9's, and the trem bar has great action. Includes orig. Fender/G&G tweed case, key, COA, Hangtag, Trem bar, trem cover, extra springs, allen wrench, cable, cleaning cloth, and assorted paperwork.
