This is a rare mint condition 2005 Fender American Deluxe Strat HSS LT in 3-tone sunburst. This guitar has the same specifications as the Stratocaster HSS, with an additional feature of a 2-Point Locking Tremolo Bridge. The Locking Tremolo Bridge system is the fusion of locking and non-locking system. It is the best of both system. With this feature the strings lock into the bridge and is accompanied with an LSR roller nut and locking machine heads. It also retains normal tuning at the headstock, like a non-locking system, and has similar tension due to the free length of the string. This guitar is the answer for those players that use a lot of tremolo. The advanced features of this guitar mean excellent tuning stability, even with aggressive use of the whammy bar. Introduced in 1998 and upgraded in 2004, the American Deluxe Strat HSS LT with the 2-Point Locking Tremolo Bridge has been discontinued since 2007. Now you have your chance to add to your collection an extremely versatile Fender Stratocaster without going through the Fender Custom Shop.
This guitar features Fender's S-1 Switching and SCN (Samarian Cobalt Noiseless) pickups to make this guitar extremely tonally versatile.??It has irresistible tone and playability-you won't believe your fingers and ears. The ultimate in high performance, this premium model has an ultrasmooth neck with hand-rolled edges to make it play fast, smooth, and sweet. SCN pickups (2 single-coils) dish out vintage Strat sounds without the hum, while a hot bridge humbucker and S-1 switching provide versatility, extra punch, and sustain. Classically contoured alder body fits like a glove. Other features include polished chrome hardware, highly detailed fret and nut work, abalone dot inlays, and aged plastic parts. It also has adjustable tuning gears which adjusts the tensions on the strings. Includes molded hardshell case.
