Hello, my name is Adam from The Fender Reissue Shop.  We specialize in early Fender American Vintage Reissue Strats, Teles, and Basses.  Visit our website for over 100 early Fender Reissue Strats.  Today we are excited to be offering this fine early Fender Reissue Stratocaster. 

1982 Fender American Vintage Reissue Stratocaster.  Made at original Fullerton, CA factory!

This is a very early Fender Reissue Strat and has tons of rare/early features!

Red bottom pickups, neckpocket sticker with serial number, factory pin-routing in pickup and control cavities.

Neckdate of 5-25-82.  Pots stamped the 6th week of 1982.  Low V001064 serial number.

The original thin nitrocellulose finish has tons of vintage vibe.  There is a large playwear spot on the front of the body.  There are scattered chips and dings on the front and the back of the body.

This guitar is all original except for a refret with original spec vintage frets, replaced pickup covers and knobs with new plastic parts, and an added metal pickup shield.  The pickup shield can easily be removed.  This is a fantastic playing strat and sets up perfectly.

The nitro finish on the neck has lots of play wear and is nice and smooth.
