1986 Fender American Vintage Reissue Stratocaster.
This is one of the very first Fender Reissue Strats to be made at the Corona, CA factory. These early Reissues made at the Corona, CA factory (1986-1989) are regarded as some of the best to come out from Fender.
Neckdate of 7-28-86. Pots stamped the 16th week of 1986. V019824 serial number.
This guitar is 100% original except for a new ground wire.
The original 2-sunburst nitro finish is in great shape.
There is some playwear on the fretboard that has worn through the thin nitro finish.
This is a fantastic playing strat. The neck is straight as an arrow and the pickups sound fantastic!
