Fender Strat

 This is an absolutely MINT condition Fender Stratocaster American Standard Guitar.  There are NO dings,scratches, scrapes of any kind.  It has been played probably 6 times in my den and has never been played by anyone else or on stage, etc.  The case has been upgraded to a Tweed style Hard-Shell case with key lock.  Also, the pickguard and back plate have been upgraded to the white pearl design as seen in picture (looks great!).  This Fender Stratocaster came from the factory with 4 tremelo tension springs with a space for a 5th.  I have added the 5th spring to give more stiffness to the tremelo which gives the guitar a somewhat "Hard-Tail" feel (the extra spring is easily removed should you choose to do so) and keeps the action low.   The guitar also has a Maple neck.   Again this is a beautiful guitar with GREAT action and sound.  Has a beautiful Sunburst Finish.  The guitar was manufactured in 2007 but as stated it is in NEW condition.  MADE IN USA

Note:   I'm taking a considerable loss on this sale.  I will lose the cost of the pearl pickguard and back-plate,  new tweed case, extra tremelo tension spring and also  I must pay Ebay and Paypal  the sales  fees.  Also I am selling the guitar for less than I paid for it.  But the failing economy has created the need for me sell the guitar at a loss.  My loss is your gain.  

Note:  The guitar is listed as NEW (other) due to its condition being "Like New-Mint Condition."  Although it was made in the USA in 2007 It has been played less than 6 times (total playing time probably 1 1/2 hour or less.  I bought this guitar to "keep" and not "play"as I play finger style and use my acoustic guitars mainly.  I have never used a pick with this guitar.
