Fender Strat

FENDER / IBANEZ CUSTOM BURGUNDY STRAT 1998 w/TEXAS SPECIALS

This is an incredible looking, playing, custom modified Fender Strat in discontinued Burgundy color...original finish. Has a late 90's Ibanez RG neck (I've seen these necks alone sell for over $200 here) with locking tuners and great medium jumbo frets. Steel block tremelo upgrade and a set of SRV Texas Special pickups, awesome red/pearloid multiply Fender pickguard and matching trem cover and custom chrome pickup covers, knobs and switch tip all assembled by Lee Garver / GMW Guitars, Glendora, CA. AMAZING classic tone with increased output in great condition and nice, large pictures to make your own determination! The headstock front was painted by me as the original color didn't match the body. The rest of the neck is satin finished and, like most Ibanez necks, chunky so if you are looking for more a slim taper neck you wouldn't want this axe. Price of parts alone exceeds what I'm asking for the entire guitar with super low action, set up with 10's and standard tuning. Shown with a tren bar but I had the trem tightened down as I am not a trem kinda guy....a simple matter of an adjustment.mination

Well maintained and even recently set-up by Gravity Strings, St. Louis, those that have bought from me in the past know I don't sell junk where you have to replace old, crappy, sticky strings and 2 are missing!! LOL!! This is gig ready out of the box the day it arrives on your doorstep.
