'54 Fender Custom Shop Strat - Unique maple front -Mint
This is a 54' Fender FMT Stratocaster built in 1997 (see Certificate of Authenticity, picture 2). It has an Alder body with a beautiful Maple front (see picture 9 for a close up detail). The neck and fingerboard are also made out of Maple. The guitar has a synchronized tremolo.
I purchased this guitar in 2000 but played it very little. Having converted to playing Nylon string guitars, this Fender has been in my closet for the pasy 7 years.
The guitar is in Mint condition, other than a few minor scratches on the pickguard, but those don't show up in the pictures. The body and neck are flawless. The leather strap has never been used (picture 8). The case is Mint, except for some light tarnishing on the brass locks and hinges (pictures 10 and 11)
