Up for auction is a Fender Standard Series Stratocaster Made in Mexico. The color is now discontinued and called midnight blue. The guitar is dated to 2000 ser #MZ011XXXX. The body on these I believe was Poplar. The guitar plays and sounds great. The neck is nice and comfy. The action is good and the truss rod functions perfectly. All electronics and switches work perfectly no issues. The guitar shows light player wear but nothing too bad. The frets are still good with plenty of life left in them. These older Mexican made guitars are great instruments and still a real bargain in today's market. Sorry no case or gig bag but the instrument will be well packed.
