Fender stamped Bridge Saddles

Serial number on headstock is fine - just covered in photo as to perhaps prevent serial number duplication. On that note please be cautious on ebay as I've seen a few falsely serial-numbered Fender copy guitars on ebay recently.

The neck is straight, with a very fast, easy playing action.

Some nice grain on neck timber & headstock has browned nicely with age

Overall Condition :

Body - The high gloss black body is in excellent condition with only play swirls here and there - No deep scratches,gouges,dents or neck join cracks.

Neck - also in excellent conditon with the very smallest of guitar stand marks on back of neck ...  and it is small ( ran my hand up and down the neck after seeing the mark in the right light, and couldnt feel it )

Frets - showing no specific wear & if given a fret polish I'd think would come up like new...definately no fret wire denting.

Electrics - All original and sound , including circuit board under small rear plate ( it is not a housing for a battery unless configuration altered from factory standard  )

Metal Hardware : Aged - please refer to photographs. Almost looks like they have been reliced in the past. Chrome on tuners is showing pitting & stains however they function perfectly, ie very fluid & true tuning motion.

Plastic Parts - also showing aging. Pickguard has had a Fender sticker removed after guard discolouration, so area under the Fender factory sticker is whiter than most of the guard.

For the body & neck to be in such good condition I'd have to say the instrument hasn't been played much at all.

New set of strings just installed (10's)

Correct SKB formfit hardcase included - case has some external blemishes but nothing that detracts from structural integrity or functionality.
