Classic includes  a.....Professional Setup for a working
musician who needs accurate and comfortable playability. This is
a beautifully refinished Fender medium light weight ALDER body and a SMOOTH FRESH Birdseye Maple Satin finished Custom neck.  A "NEW" ALL Maple 21 fret neck added  with a Rosewood fretboard and "New" Satin finish and rolled edges with a 12" radius, and medium 6130 Dunlop  frets. The body is finished with a thin skin Lacquer finish.

This is a Haywire Custom Shop Special... Our new medium weight solid ALDER Fender Stratocaster classic Haywire Modified guitar is very funky!  It is a very "live" sounding body soaked with warm tone. Medium-weight bodies to help when you're playing all night long, because it's easier on the back and shoulder muscles.

The pick-guard is a HEAVY Three ply - "White Pearl"

 All new controls and pots, switches + jack are new with **ALL NEW Hardware**. The Wilkinson pick ups are built for tone and longevity. They are slightly hotter than stock.They are similar to Fender stock pick ups but wound hotter for better sustain and they are quieter. For our European Players-These Pick Ups are RoHS Compliant.They have even Vintage pole pieces for balanced tone.

     Installed are NEW  Strat Grover tuners. They are very fine quality, accurate and precise. *New* String trees for a smooth path to the nut for more accurate tuning. All of the hardware, screws, neck bolts and plate, knobs, are all **NEW**. 

    The guitar is set up, intoned perfectly so any note or chord is in tune anywhere on the neck. The FRETS are PERFECT, they have a great feel and have been leveled, massaged and polished. This guitar has been played and thoroughly tested by Haywire Custom Guitars.

 The neck set up feels great. You can't get the same set-up when you buy off the rack in a music store, this a is **Custom** set up you've never played and always wanted to. The Haywire Custom Shop  takes pride in the set up work we

Our exclusive 8-point gig ready guitar process...

1. The 4-axis Alignment of the guitar neck. Each guitar neck is checked and adjusted to insure that it is
true and straight to insure proper alignment on all axis. This step
insures proper action and allows for more accurate and easier guitar
tuning, playing and set-up in the following steps.
2. Inspect and Lube
the guitar tuning gears. Before installing the guitar tuning gears,
each one is checked thoroughly. Each tuning gear is adjusted so that
there is no play in the mechanism. They are then lubricated to insure
smooth and even movement to make your guitar tune accurately.
3. Potting the guitar pickups-We dip the pickups in hot wax to reduce squeal and unwanted guitar feedback
4. Prep the guitar body-Before
installing the guitar electronic components, great care is taken to
insure that all wires are properly routed, spaced, and grounded to
insure years of trouble free service with your guitar.
5. Level and polish the frets-This insures that all of the guitar frets are level, eliminating any possibility of fret buzz due to unevenness.
 6. Radius the guitar strings-Most
guitar necks have a contour over the top of the neck. We adjust the
strings to make sure that height of each string follows the contour of
the guitar neck.
7. Adjusting the overall guitar string height and the action.Once
we set the contour and radius of the guitar strings,then to adjust the
overall height of the strings from the top of the frets to the bottom
of the guitar strings.
8. Set the guitar intonation-This
step is done twice. The intonation is set two times with a 24 hour
seat-in period in between to allow the guitar to properly re-seat to
the new adjustments.
