Shipping within the continental United States within three days from the day payment is received.  We do not ship on weekends or holidays.  We will ship to Canada, but please email for fees before bidding.  We ship via UPS only.  You must agree to pay all extra shipping, handling and custom fees.

PAYMENT POLICY: Paypal only.  Payment is expected within 3 business days from the time you receive the invoice.

We DO NOT ship to P.O. BOXES or APO`S

 All items sold for over $250 require signature upon delivery.  If item is not signed for and returned to us, buyers are responsible for reshipping fees.

Insurance is required for all items over $100.

Customer will still be responsible for insurance charges with free shipping if they choose to insure the item. However, if insurance is declined, we will not be held responsible for any item damaged or lost in shipping.

WE ALWAYS TAKE PICTURES OF THE ACTUAL ITEM BEING AUCTIONED.  USE THESE PICTURES AS YOUR GUIDE FOR COSMETIC CONDITION AND FOR WHAT IS INCLUDED.  IF YOU DON'T SEE IT IN THE PICTURE IT`S NOT INCLUDED.  BATTERIES, CABLES, PLUGS, AND SO ON ARE NOT PROVIDED UNLESS STATED AS SUCH.

Also, all items are pre-owned and sold “As Is” unless otherwise stated.

Any software upgrades or downloads on electronic equipment are not our responsibility.  

RETURN POLICY: You must contact us within 3 days from the date you receive the shipment. If we can't resolve the issue, a refund of the purchase price will be issued. Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost back to us.

We don't accept returns.  Everything is sold as is; however, we guarantee the items will arrive as described.

Brand new items once opened cannot be returned.  All issues with new items must be directed to the manufacturers.
