This is a 2007 Fender USA American Deluxe Special Edition Stratocaster with Mahogany body. The Fender American Deluxe HSS Fat Strat is the answer for players looking for a bridge position humbucking pickup but still want that classic Fender single coil sound as well. The Deluxe shares the same basic features as the American Standard Series (USA electronics, maple modern "C" shape neck, etc.), but adds significant upgrades - LSR Roller nut for better tuning stability, locking tuners for easy string changes, abalone dot inlay, & an upgraded bridge. The guitar also features the S-1 Switching System (Parallel/Series push switch on the Volume knob). Guitar sells for $1600 new. Features of this guitar include:

This guitar is used but in excellent / near mint condition: no dings, dents or cracks on this guitar. No buckle rash on the back. Just very light finish swirls and pickguard scratches from normal use. The neck and frets are in excellent condition and the action has been professionally set low with a set of nickelwound strings - plays beautifully and the intonation is perfect. A Fender molded hardshell case, the original tremelo bar, strap locks and manual will be included. The case was damaged in transit and the plastic is cracked on the very end, but all latches are functional and the interior is perfect. The guitar will be very well packed and fully insured.
