Selling my Fender Squier A series Strat in stunning condition, with practically no wear issues. This is basically a JV without the badge.....same body, electrics etc........neck dated 4/2/85. For those of you with eagle eyes the extra wire on the switch gives tone adjustment to the bridge pickup, also the A series pick guards are unique as they have the 3-ply of a '62 but only the 8 screws of a '57....go figure??
I have replaced the original chrome tuners with Klusons and returned the original pickups as I tried out a few diff ones in the time I had it. Apart from that it is all original. Only one ding on the under side, everything is there in the pics. Frets are perfect, the neck plays sweet as, it is great bang for your buck as the finish quality is as good as a ST-65.....certainly far better than any present day Squier, Mexican and dare say some US mades. I have the original manual but no case or arm
