Shipping
We use Fed Ex for 95% of all shipments and we also use USPS and UPS in some cases. If you live outside the lower 48 states, please email us in advance to obtain a shipping quote. Ground shipping is not available to Hawaii or Alaska, so keep in mind that the shipping fee’s will be higher. Orders received before 1pm (Mon-Fri)will be shipped the same day we receive the payment. Any orders received after 1pm will be shipped the following business day. Orders received on Friday after 1PM CST will ship the following Monday. All orders received saturday and sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Sales Tax (Florida Residents only!)
No sales tax collected if you live outside Florida. FL residents please add 6% sales tax. We are required by law to collect sales tax to orders shipped within Florida. It is your responsibility to pay the sales tax if you live outside the state of Florida or have the items shipped outside the state of Florida.

International Orders Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. No returns on international orders!

Return Policy
We accept defective items for return within 14 days of the purchase date for exchange for the same item or full refund. If you are not satisfied with your item within 7 days you may return the item with original packaging, manuals, software, and accessories and receive a full refund minus a 20% re-stocking fee (buyer pays shipping).
