Fender Strat

Up for sale is one 1996 Fender Stratocaster 50th Anniversary in Olympic White with Matching Headstock! This guitar is in excellent condition with only some minor play wear including a few spots of worn finish on the edge of the neck and fretboard (see photo) and some fine hair scratches on the body finish as a result from years of polishing but the frets show virtually no wear!  It features the original pickups and electronics including the TBX tone control (treble bass cut) with upgraded genuine Fender locking tuners, which do a great job of keeping the guitar in tune under heavy trem use! The best thing to happen to the tremolo since the locking nut.

This beautiful guitar plays fantastic with classic Strat tone and feel while being well-balanced weighing in at only 7.8 lbs.

Though the serial number dates to 1995, the inspection tags inside the guitar date it to early 1996 - thus the 50th Anniversary badge on the back of the headstock commemorating 50 years of Fender Musical Instruments. This is beautiful guitar as well as a good investment and will continue to gain value the older it gets! It's already 15 years old and best of all, it is MADE IN USA!
