  In the event that there is damage to your item in transit, please keep all original packing material. If you find that your item has been damaged in transit, please pack it in it's original packaging in the manner it was received and contact us immediately. UPS will not issue a refund without inspection of the original packaging. It is rare, but items can and do become damaged from time to time.

All returns are handled on a case by case basis. It is at our discretion to issue a refund for any item. Contact must be made within 72 hours of delivery to initiate a refund, via either email or phone. If no contact is made, the item will not be accepted for return. Please note that restocking fees may apply to returned items, depending on the condition of the item. Payments will not be returned until the item has been re-shipped to us. No exceptions.
