Fender Strat

Up for auction is a Fender Stratocaster 6-String Electric Guitar, including Tremolo, Hard Case.

This guitar is being sold AS IS for parts or repair. Our regular return policy detailed below will NOT apply!

This guitar was pawned without strings. We have not tested this guitar. We have plugged it into amp and played with the controls; they did make a different static tone when the volume, tone knob, tremolo, and switch were turned to different positions. That’s all the testing we have done; we will be unable to answer any other questions about functionality.

This guitar shows heavy wear from previous play. We found damage on this guitar beyond normal wear. The back where the bolt-on neck meets the body of the guitar has very deep chip exposing the wood under the paint. The tuxedo striped white pick guard is yellow (smoking environment?), having been removed, and bubbling. It is also missing a screw. There are several scratches and scuffs. The back appears to have a bad case of belt rash.

Please note that we have purposely neglected to present a photograph of the case included in order to present as many photographs of the guitar as possible. The case is black and is in poor condition. It is a Fender hard case and it is falling apart. The hinges are broken and it has been duct taped. There are stickers all over it. The inside is in good condition and has a storage compartment.  It fits the guitar relatively well and will help to ship the guitar safely.

All of our guitars are shipped well-packed in heavy duty, 275-pound test weight cardboard containers made specifically for guitars.

Payment Policies

·         Payment must be received within four (4) days of auction close. After four (4) days the winning bid will be automatically voided and the item will be relisted. Exceptions will be made on an individual basis. Communication is the key to this policy. A simple email or phone call (see phone number below), goes a long way to ensure a smooth transaction if you cannot meet our auction terms and conditions!

·         Visa, Discover and MasterCard payments will be taken by telephone at the phone number below. American Express is not accepted.

·         International Buyers must use PayPal. NO EXCEPTIONS!

·         Arizona residents will be charged State sales tax of 9.38%.

Shipping Policies

• We ship the majority of our items via FedEx Ground in the Continental United States. Those items will be fully insured in the amount of the purchase price. Less heavy and smaller items may be shipped via U.S. Postal Service via Priority Mail at our discretion. We will determine which method is the least expensive and most convenient for the prospective Buyer. Alaskan and Hawaiian Bidders please ask for a U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail shipping quote before bidding (include your Zip Code please!).


• When we ship via the U.S. Postal Service, we will ship via Priority Mail - using their Click-N-Ship Internet Service or PayPal shipping services - only. NO EXCEPTIONS! We do not make trips to the Post Office, and Priority Mail is the least expensive method offered online.


• Orders are always shipped within one (1) business day after receiving payment unless we notify you otherwise.


• Interested International Bidders should inquire about shipping and handling charges BEFORE BIDDING! If the item is available to International Bidders, we will be happy to provide a quote.


• We will not, under any circumstance, declare a lower value than the purchase price on any International shipment, and we will not declare your item a “gift”. PLEASE do not ask as your question will be ignored.
