Wow what a stunning VINTAGE guitar.
All original and untouched 1979 Stratocaster- Serial # S974334
Gorgeous Tobacco Sunburst with rare MAPLE fingerboard.
This guitar is in great shape- with very minor belt buckle rash and one small ding on the side of the guitar (pictured). There is some nice loking weather checking on the top and back- It just looks so "Right" if you know what I mean. HATE to part with this but I have WAY too many Strats!
The original pickups and pots are present- and everything works great- plenty of fret life left- and even the weight of is quite reasonable at 9.3 lbs. (Not an 11 lb monster!)
Really a great looking, sounding and playing Strat- and now it is 31 years old! The flat market makes it a great time to grab a great a rare color, rare fingerboard ORIGINAL 79 Strat.
