Genuine 1972 Fender Stratocaster Neck.
100% original with its truss rod, truss rod nut, tuners, nut, and string guides. Large peghead, three bolt neck, maple fingerboard.
What remains of the neck stamp code reads XXXX2024, which is luckily enough to prove the neck was made on the 4th day of the 20th week of 1972. Inspected by H. Ferry.

As you can see, this neck needs to be refretted, as the (non-original) frets on it are like dead, especially at the top of the neck.
Also worth to mention are two visible "pocks" on the backside, which are just two small pieces of lacquer that went off (the wood is untouched) and scratches on the tuners.
Except for this, this neck is in great shape, the tuners work, the truss rod works, everything is as it should be!
Definitely a straight neck -- and a neck whose lacquer proves as glossy as ever, which is incredible after 38 years!
