Fender Strat

2005 Fender Custom Shop 56' Relic Stratocaster in Olympic White finish. This started out as a 2005 NAMM Limited Edition in Desert Sand finish. The body has been replaced with a 62' Custom Shop Relic Strat body in a very nicely yellowed Olympic White ala Jimmie Vaughan. The body may be made from Ash but I'm not sure of this. The pickups have also been replaced with Dimarzio Area 61, 67 and 58's. The pickups' pole pieces  have been specially aged to match the guitar. I do not have the original parts anymore. This is a fabulous playing and sounding guitar plus the Dimarzio's are dead quite too. The frets are still in excellent condition. 9.5 radius with medium size frets and 56 soft V profile. Weighs about 7.5 lbs on my bathroom scale. Very nicely relic'ed with dings, chips and checking in the finish. Comes with the original black case with the Limited Edition Custom Shop logo embroidered. Included are the Certificate of Authenticity, ash tray cover, manual, keys, strap, cable, extra springs, tremolo cover and wiping cloth. Price cheap to sell quickly. The body alone cost me about $1400 when I bought it. Please ask all questions before bidding.
