Fender Strat

Vintage 1958 Fender Stratocaster....This guitar has been played professionally almost everyday of it's existence, and it shows, BUT... it also sounds like it. I got the guitar from the original owner after his death. He was well known in the blues and rockabilly fields, in the Houston area. He played it at nightly gigs and it's been on many of his and other celebrities recordings. I play professionally also and have used it almost daily for recording and gigs. His name was engraved on the serial # plate, but at his family's request it was buffed off before I received it. This shows in the serial # plate photo.

The pickguard, tone, volume and 3 way switch have been changed for playing out, but the original working parts are included with the guitar.

The frets and nut have been changed, but I believe I even have those somewhere around. A 1970's Fender case is included.

You would be hard pressed to find a better playing or better sounding Strat anywhere.
