Fender Strat

Fender Custom Shop Stratocaster 1969 Relic, w/OHSC, all original with some upgrades! 
Made by hand in the USA by the Fender Custom Shop in 2001 utilizing the same tools and methods available back in 1969 to re-create a classic! All dings, chips and weathering effects are from the "Relic" treatment done in-house.
Vintage style frets were replaced with jumbo frets (dressed with a compound radius) by Jimmy Somma of Sommatone Amplification (http://www.sommatone.com). Also upgraded the stock nut to a genuine Fender brass nut. Original Abigail Ybarra Custom Shop '69 pickups were replaced with DiMarzio HS-3 in the bridge and HS-4's in the neck and middle, so you get the vintage tone without the hum. Included are the original nut and pickup set (still fully wired, so if you wanted to swap them back in it's just soldering 2 wires from the input jack).
All original case candy is included, spare tremolo springs, 5-way switch (3-way switch is currently installed), tremolo arm, ash tray, Custom Shop sticker and certificate of authenticity.
This Strat can go from vintage rock and bell-chime cleans to molten lava without breaking a sweat! I ran her through my Marshall JCM 2000 (DSL-100) and she's got the crunch and harmonic clarity you would expect.
Professional fret job and setup was done 2 weeks ago, so it's super fresh and ready to rock!
