Fender Strat

 This is a guitar I put together a couple years ago with one philosophy in mind. I wanted to take my old Mexi strat and upgrade all of the parts to the best after-market parts available. Almost nothing of my old strat was left after I was done. This project took many months of research, many months to get everything together, and cost me around $1600 (at least!) USD after everything was all said and done. This is one of the most beautiful guitars I've ever seen and I'm really sorry to see it go.

This guitar features:

- 2009 Fender American Deluxe body with thin-skin nitrocellulose finish.

- Schaller brushed-metal locking tuners.

- Callaham Vintage Narrow steel bridge plate, saddles, and input jack plate. "Distressed" to match the brushed metal tuners.

- Solid cold-rolled steel resonator block.

- Aftermarket black pickguard with metallic fleck.

- Mexi neck refretted with stewmac #152 by professional luthier for a more modern feel

- Neck refinished by professional luthier in stained nitro to match body (SUPER NICE!)

- Tusq nut and string tree

- Van Zandt Vintage Plus pickups (a Texas Blues favorite)

- SKB Hardshell Case included
