1986 Fender Stratocaster, Made in Japan. Serial #A026XXX. Beautiful straight, smooth and fast neck w/rosewood fingerboard. Unusual metalflake chocolate original body color. Headstock and neck aged nicely on a guitar that is in wonderful condition and carries a lifetime of stories. Body in great shape with minimal wear and playing dings. No plate over the springs on the back, as is true on a lot of Strats. Easy to pick one up if you prefer them after you win this great guitar. Likewise I do not have the whammy bar, but that is an easy find for you through parts outlets later. Pickups original as far as I can tell, and work but need repair-the set screws on the sides are not catching and I haven't wanted to replace the pickups with non-originals-or monkey with the wiring. Comes in original case, great shape inside, scuffs and honorable scars outside, but all latches, hinges, and the handle are solid and secure.
