Fender Serial Number Look-up Info:
Your guitar was made at the
Fuji-gen Plant (for Fender Japan), Japan
in the Year(s): 1984 - 1987
Fuji String
Instrument Production Corporation was opened in may 1960, they
initially started manufacturing violins and quickly switched to
classical guitar production. In 1962 electric guitar construction was
started. Fujigen has a reputation for excellent quality and
craftsmanship so the guitars they produce are highly regarded. They
produce guitars via OEM for famous brands such as Ibanez, Epiphone,
Yamaha and Fender (the import Special Interest Group nature model),
G&L and others.
The Guitar is in excellent condition - it has a few dings and bumps (but not visible from 3 ft away - barely visible at all but I am trying to describe the guitar to my best ability for full disclosure) and a small piece of the back of the neck by the head stock is missing some clear
(about half the size of a pinky nail - and not visible from front)
This guitar is a 9/10 , which is pretty good for its age of almost 25 years
