This is Tokai's version of a Fender Stratocaster in tobacco burst. "Tokai" is stamped on the bridge and the tuning pegs. The serial number is 7-digits (0010298) indicating that it's possibly prior to 1982. The person who owned it before me replaced the "Tokai" decal on the front of the headstock to the "Fender" decal, but left the Tokai label of "Oldies but Goldies" (which Tokai had used as an answer to Fender's "Original Contour Body" decal). The number "60" is stamped onto the 22nd, and last fret. I tried to get it to come out well in the picture. All in all, a great vintage made in Japan Tokai that looks great and sounds like a vintage Strat should. No reserve, bid with confidence and enjoy.
