Fender Strat

For sale is a Surf Green Tom Delonge Fender Stratocaster and it comes with a Fender Gig Bag.  The guitar is about an 8/10 for condition with a few very small dings every once in a while. Telling you right away that some very small paint chips were professionally painted over with Fender Surf Green Touch up Guitar paint (from ReRanchGuitars.com) as you can see in picture 3 with the neck plate.  I thought the job was very well done but you can tell there was touch up by feeling a slight raise in the paint only on the back. The neck and headstock are in fantastic shape.  Delonge creates this guitar for the ultimate punk rock axe.  With a single Seymour Duncan Humbucker and single volume knob, this guitar is a great one for playing or for the collection.  Delonge no longer plays a Stratocaster anymore and only plays his Gibson hollow bodies.  When blink comes out with their new album, they may perhaps make a new version of the Gibson, but Fender will never make a Delonge Stratocaster again.  This guitar has been discontinued by Fender so it really is a collector that will go up in value.
The action is great and the fret board allows for smooth transitions.
The guitar has one knob for volume so you can just plug it in and turn
it up. The Seymour Duncan Invader gives the guitar a pop-punk sound with
amazing palm muting. Just listen to Blink 182s - Enema of the State
and Take Off Your Pants and Jacket and you will be able to tell what
this guitar sounds like. The guitar comes with strap locks, and a Fender Gig bag.
