This is an original 1979 Fender Stratocaster neck.
Looks like it has had some kind of locking string tree type deal at some point.
Great, borderline really great playing neck that needs nothing. Includes the nut and tuners. Also the string tree and neck tilt disc. The truss rod works fine and there are no issues with this neck except for some minor finish cracking on the skunk stripe. Had this on the body listed in another auction and it was professionally setup. I would keep it, but you know how it goes --
