• Paypal items must be shipped to Confirmed addresses only.  Please verify this before sending payment through your paypal account.

• Paypal Payments must be received within 2 Days!!!!!!

• Items will ship usually within 1-4 weekdays after Paypal payment is received.

• Winning  bidders must respond within 2 days.

• Return Policy (for US Bidders only):

  If the customer is not satisfied with the product(s) for any reason, they must call or email our store for return authorization instructions within 72 hours of the date of receiving the item purchased. The customer is required to pay all return freight charges except in an instance of product damage due to shipping. A refund OR EXCHANGE may be issued only AFTER the product(s) are returned with all original contents, PACKING MATERIALS, and in the same condition as at the time of purchase from the originating MUSIC GO ROUND store only.

• Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. On "Free Shipping" listings, the actual cost to ship it to the customer will be deducted from the refund.  

• Items are represented up front and honestly! If a clarification is not made via email or in the item description, please do not bid based upon your personal assumptions.

• We will try and work toward the resolution of any issue that comes up. Please call or email us immediately if there is a problem.  We are easy to work with!

• We reserve the right to end any auction early if the item becomes unavailable.

• We ship within the continental U.S. as well as AK and HI. Residents of AK or HI please email for shipping quote. 

• We ship via UPS Ground and request a signature on our shipments to prevent fraud and theft.   (UPS Ground does not ship to PO boxes.)  Small envelope packages may be shipped with USPS.

  Local pickup is available in Woodbury, MN (Eastern Twin Cities Area). All Minnesota residents and local pickup customers are required BY LAW to pay the required sales tax.
