The Fender
American Deluxe Stratocaster V Neck Electric Guitar has all the modern features
today's guitarists demand, with some vintage flavor thrown in. All the cool
specs of the new American Deluxe Stratocaster are here, plus a classic tinted
maple neck (to simulate age)with a '50s
V-shape and a compound-radius fret board that allows exhilaratingly
effortless string bending anywhere along the neck. Contoured/beveled neck heel allows easy access to upper frets. Included
are the new truly noiseless Fender N3
pickups (see description below-and yes…they are ridiculously quiet, yet
will blow the doors off high gain pickups-should you desire…by adjusting the
boost knob), with the addition of the Fender Clapton +25 bd boost kit (see description below) installed. Also
has an upgraded Wilkinson tremolo
and Fender locking tuners. The
guitar has a thin nitrocellulose finish for improved body resonance.

The auction includes the molded Fender-exclusive SKB case with glass-reinforced
latches and TSA locks, Fender guitar strap, and Fender strap locks.

There are light scratches in the clear coat on the back of the guitar as shown, but they do not go into the actual paint.

Fender N3 Noiseless pickups

N3 Noiseless pickups deliver the
best of yesterday and today, because they deliver landmark vintage Fender tone
and response without the hum that can plague single-coil pickups. Using an
improved stacked coil-coil design, N3 Noiseless pickups are specially tailored
for each Stratocaster pickup position. The insulated metal core of each pickup
position type differs in thickness and composition for enhanced tone, and
Fender has fine-tuned the sized, shape, and wire gauge of the coils to balance
the magnetic responsiveness essential to great tone. N3 pickups represent a
welcome return to the warmth and clarity of alnico magnets. An Alnico 5 magnet
is used in the bridge position, Alnico 2 in the middle position, and Alnico 3
for the neck position.

Fender
Clapton +25bd boost kit

This
kit adds the features of the Eric Clapton model Stratocaster for 1/3 the price.
System replaces one of the original tone controls with a variable
"Midrange Boost" control. Mid Boost knob adjusts gain from 0dB (no
boost) to 25dB. Great for clean and distortion tones. TBX tone control is
neutral in the middle position, cuts treble in one direction and cuts bass in
the other direction. Uses a battery mounted under the pick guard.

This unique high quality tremolo features
height-adjustable saddles that lock to a hardened steel base plate-allowing for
better tuning stability, string energy transfer and note sustain. Upgrade
