Condition: Vintage very good. 

 Guitar has discoloration of color, a few chips/dents/marks and a small crack where neck meets base all shown in pictures. The sound is incredible! Comes with rectangle hard case with reinforced corners and edges.

Payment

PAYMENT:   Payment in full via the PayPal Payment Process must be received within 7 days of auction end.  No other forms of payment are accepted.  All purchases in the state of Arizona (local pickup and shipped items) are subject to sales tax.

SHIPPING:  WE ONLY SHIP TO PAYPAL CONFIRMED ADDRESSES IN THE UNITED STATES.   PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CONFIRMED WITH PAYPAL BEFORE BIDDING.   No shipping to PO, APO, FPO or PMB Boxes. We do not ship internationally; please do not send e-mail requesting international shipments

Buyer agrees to pay the fixed shipping charge listed in Shipping Section of the auction details.  Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may require additional shipping fees above the fixed priced shipping rate.  Any winning bidder with an Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico address needs to contact us via e-mail for the additional shipping charges, prior to completing the PayPal payment process.  All items will be shipped via either United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise noted.  Upgraded shipping options are available but must be arranged after winning an item by contacting us.  If you need to contact us please use the Contact Seller option in eBay).

TRACKING:  Package tracking information will be e-mailed to winning bidder, after item has been packaged and shipped.  The email will come from the normal eBay/PayPal shipping notification process to the email address listed on the winning bidder's eBay/Paypal Account.  Some email spam blockers will intercept this email so please have spam blockers configured correctly or turned off.  Please do not email requests for tracking information unless it has been at least 7 days from the end of the auction.

Terms of Sale

RETURNS:  We guarantee the item or items in our auctions to be as described and pictured or your money back.  Shipping to buyer and return shipping are Non-Refundable.  Refunds due to buyer's remorse will not be considered.  The buyer has 3 days from the date of delivery to report any issues. All returns require an inspection to verify the reported issue and items must be returned in the same condition that they were received.  We require confirmed return delivery on any returned item, and reserve the right to hold refunds until item has been received and verified.  If the item was damaged in shipping please notify us immediately and we will assist in filing a claim with UPS or USPS.

LOCAL PICKUP:  Local pickup is available for this item, If you are interested in the local pickup option for this item, please contact us after the auction has closed and before processing your PayPal payment.  There are no Shipping and Handling fees for local pickups, however, all purchases in the state of Arizona (local pickup and shipped items) are subject to sales tax.  Due to the various sources used for the items offered by ITSESP Local Pickup is not available for every item offered for sale.  Items that are available for Local Pickup will have specific instructions on how to request a local pickup.
